By this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is challenging the letter dated 07.03.2017 issued by Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai whereby the Petitioner's Application to condone the period of discontinued service of six years eleven months and twelve days of petitioner and provide the Petitioner pensionary beneft as continued service, was rejected.

4 wp4213-18.odt they received instruction from their client to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to fle the same before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. Same is accepted.
