The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs of sole-Appellant. The sole-Appellant - Vasant Krishna Rote passed away on 8th September, 2020 and the Interim Application is taken out on 2nd February 2022.

Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended

34 IA 1157.23 in SA 97.21.doc the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022 and therefore, there is no delay in filing the Interim Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
