Mr. Patil states that his instructions are Petitioner has expired but he does not known when. Mr. Patil states that within two weeks from today steps will be taken to bring legal heirs on record by filing an interim application and serve copy thereof upon Respondents. Ordered accordingly.

At the same time, we make it clear that if the interim application is not filed within two weeks from today, copy served and affidavit of service filed, petition will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
