Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. The learned APP for the State submits that the alleged missing person namely Sangram Balasaheb Jadhav is present in the court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner's son namely Sangram Balasaheb Jadhav has returned and avk 1/2

11-WP-907-2019.doc tenders photocopy of Aadhar Card. It is taken on record. Presently he is staying with his parents/petitioner and has a job at Coimbatore in the State of Tamil Nadu and his wife is presently staying at Sangli.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the writ of Habeas Corpus any further, and accordingly, the same stands dismissed as withdrawn.
