Heard Ms. Manjiri Parasnis, learned counsel for the Applicants. It is submitted that the office Clerk was suffering from acute ailment and therefore, the matter could not be attended. She undertakes to remove office objections.

The Second Appeal was pending for removal of office objections, however, as the requisite compliance was not made, vide order dated Pallavi
23-ia-3130-2022.doc 18th November 2021 of the Registrar (Judicial-II), it came to be dismissed.

In view of the reason, for sub-serving the interest of justice, delay is condoned. The impugned order dated 18th November 2021 is quashed and set aside. The proceeding is restored.
