P. C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Interim Application No.1013 of 2022, which was dismissed for non prosecution vide Order dated 19th January 2024. The reasons for dismissing said Application are mentioned in para 2 of the said Order.

2) In view thereof Mr.Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, the said Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai for restoration of Interim Application.
