This Application is filed by original accused No.2 for suspension of sentence. Applicant is held guilty for the offence under Section 323 and 506 of IPC. She is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment of one year for both the above offences. She is acquitted for the offence under Section 307 of IPC. Her sentence is already suspended by Trial Court by order dated 30.11.2023 for Appeal period.

Considering that this Application stands allowed. The sentence shall stand suspended on furnishing fresh bail and bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with solvent surety.
