Learned Addl. Government Pleader states that affidavit has been filed by Nitin R.Gadre, Principal Secretary, (Accounts and Treasuries) Finance department, Mantralaya Mumbai, placing on record difficulties and reasons as to why the representation was not disposed of early.

We have gone through this affidavit. Though there is a delay in complying with the order, we do not find that the conduct of the Respondents to be contemptuous to initiate any action for contempt. The order is already complied with. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
