The Trial Court, by the impugned order, rejected the petitioner's application for appointment of Court Commissioner. The defendant Nos.3 and 4 had already measured the suit property and prepared the map. Moreover, there is no issue regarding encroachment or boundary dispute is involved. Hence, there is no merit in the present writ petiton. The writ petition is dismissed. 2.
