Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Walimbe, learned A.G.P, who appears by waiving notice for respondents No.1 to 5 - State and Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for respondent No.7 - Headmaster of the School. There is no need to issue notice to respondents No.6 as no relief is claimed against him.

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned Counsel for parties present before the Court. 3.

We direct respondent No.5 to decide the proposal dated 18th July, 2017 stated to be sent by the Management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of "Shikshan Sevak" in accordance with law with applicable Government Resolutions at the earliest and, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner and respondent No.7 before him. The petitioner and respondent No.7 shall appear before respondent No.5 on 4th April, 2022. The petitioner, respondent No.6 and 7 are granted liberty to file documents including their written say and written objections, if any.

In case, approval is granted, name of the petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth System and by allotting Shalarth I.D., her salary together with admissible arrears, shall be released to her at the earliest and in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of grant of approval, if any.
