Contempt Petition is filed for seeking action for committing breach of order dated 12 February, 2020 passed in Writ Petition (St) No. 35215 of 2018. In support of the Contempt Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioners made a grievance in respect of the procedure that was to be followed while passing the award.

In our view, there is no contempt of order dated 12 February, 2022.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding in respect of the grievance and would not press for any order in the contempt petition. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed. 4.

Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
