On 19 November 2012, an application was filed seeking to bring the legal heirs of the original petitioner on record following the petitioner's demise. However, despite lapse of considerable time, no steps have been taken to effectuate the substitution of legal heirs in the proceedings. It is pertinent to note that the present petition has been pending since the year 2010. In view of the prolonged inaction and failure to bring the legal heir on record, the petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution and accordingly stands dismissed. [R.N.
