The Applicant was convicted under section 302 of the IPC by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jaisingpur. Being aggrieved thereby the Applicant filed an appeal being Criminal Appeal No.689 of 2011. The said appeal was filed by Advocate Shri Dhananjay Rananaware.

The Applicant has now filed his application through jail stating that he does not want Advocate Shri Dhananjay Rananaware to conduct his appeal and he wishes that an advocate be appointed to represent him in the appeal from the Legal Aid Panel. In view of Megha 1/2

3_appa_283_2016 the request made by the Applicant, Advocate Shri Dhananjay Rananaware states that he may be discharged. Accordingly he is discharged. Instead we appoint advocate Ms Nasreen Ayubi, who is on the panel of advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the Applicant in appeal. 3.
