1] This matter is circulated for "Speaking to the Minutes". 2] The correction sought is in the order dated 25th June, 2018. According to which, Marriage Petition No.625 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court at Aurangabad is transferred to the Family Court at Satara.
3] It is submitted that, as on today, the District Satara is not having Family Court. In view thereof, the said Marriage Petition is required to be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Satara. Ordered accordingly.
4] The 'Speaking to the Minutes" is allowed. The correction be carried out accordingly.
