Learned Counsel for the applicant has taken up this matter on board for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21.02.2019, and has pointed out that the amount involved in the present crime as has been stated in para Nos.2 and 3 of the Application is in fact Rs.2,50,00,000/­. However, in the order dated 21.02.2019 amount is inadvertently stated as Rs.50 crores. Therefore, it is submitted that necessary corrections are required to be effected in the said order.

Having considered the above stated facts, the amount mentioned in para Nos.2 and 3 of the order referred above be corrected as 'Rs.2,50,00,000/­' instead of 'Rs.50 crores' as stated above. Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order as well as in the order uploaded.
