Though respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out. Office note shows that Civil Application stands abated as per order dated 23.10.2012 against respondent no.5.
This application is for condonation of 4 days delay in filing Review Petition.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of four days in filing Review Petition is condoned.
b) Office is directed to make appropriate noting in Review Petition that Review Petition stands abated against respondent no.5.
