By these applications, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay in filing the applications for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants states that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have expired and Respondent Nos.5(A), 5(B) and 3(A)(1) are the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 1/2

Megha 5_IA_1357& 1358_2022.doc Learned counsel, who was earlier representing Respondent Nos.1 and 2 concedes that Respondent Nos.5(A), 5(B) and 3(A)(1), who are already on record are the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Since the legal representatives are already on record, it is not necessary to bring them on record in any other capacity. 3.

Necessary endorsement be made in the cause title as against the names of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
