In order not to waste time in the matter by directing the Petitioners to take out another application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.5 on record, we allow the Petitioners to carry out amendments to the Petition to the extent of also bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.5 on record, within a period of one week from today. 3.
