Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Association has made representation to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with regard to higher pay scale of Trained Graduate Teachers from the date of posting.

Every employee will have different date of posting. The representation cannot be decided on the basis of single application of an Association.

The petitioners, if so desire, may make an application/representation to the respondent no.3, with

If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3 to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and preferably within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of the representation.

The writ petition is disposed of.
