This is an application seeking condonatin of delay I filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sawantwadi, Sindhudurg, in RCS No.219 of 2014 vide judgment and order dated 8.10.2015. There is delay of 73 days in filing the application.
