In this matter, by way of ad-interim relief, the Investigating Officer was directed not to submit charge-sheet against the Petitioners. Today, we have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. The investigation has not culminated in filing of the charge-sheet because of the ad-interim relief. Considering this submission, the Petition is disposed of as not pressed. Ad-interim order stands vacated. 3.

If the police file charge-sheet against the Petitioners, they are at liberty adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
