Perused the praecipe dated 03.09.2024 for Speaking to the Minutes of order dated 23.08.2024.

There is apparent typing mistake in mentioning the word 'Barshi' in prayer clause (a) in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 23.08.2024. Instead of the word 'Barshi' the word 'Madha' be substituted.

Necessary correction be carried out in the original order and corrected order be uploaded.

It is seen that the original memo of Miscellaneous Civil Application was infact amended and Mr. Tajane has shown it to me which is appended at page No.26 in prayer clause (a). It is seen that
