DATE: 8th JUNE, 2018 P.C.:­ 1] Applicant has approached this Court for suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal and grant of bail. It is not in dispute that, the other co­accused viz Bhamabai Shankar Narale has already been released on bail vide order dated 13/02/2018 passed in Criminal Application No.1375 of 2017.

2] It is not in dispute that, the role attributed to the present Applicant is almost identical with the role attributed to the said co­ accused - Bhamabai Shankar Narale. It is also not in dispute that the 1/2

3] In that view of the matter, we are inclined to allow the Application. The order of sentence, during the pendency of the appeal, shall stand stayed. The Applicant is directed to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were applicable during trial. However, applicant shall furnish fresh bonds. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (B. R.
