It is submitted that in the present matters the GR has been issued on 8 February 2023. The State has not issued the fund.

The State shall release the funds expeditiously and if possible latest within a period of two months and the Zilla Parishad shall pay the said amount on receipt of the same immediately within a period of four weeks.
