By order dated 9 January 2024 the Writ Petition No.1455 of 2004 was disposed of. The Petitioner was directed to file an undertaking in this Court within a period of one week. Mr. Karde appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that due to unavoidable reason the said undertaking could not be filed within a period of one week. He submits that today he has brought undertaking of all adult members of Petitioner's family. He seeks leave of the Court to file undertaking, which is rendered before Amol D. Nawale
