This is an application for condonation of delay of 171 days in filing Second Appeal. Office remark shows that respondents no.1 to 7 are duly served. Mr Katkar submits that no sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay in filing Second Appeal.

Having regard to the fact that delay is of 171 days and for the reasons stated

2/2 CAS/962/2014 in the application, in the ends of justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register Appeal, if it is otherwise ready.
