The appeals arise out of challenge to the award under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The parties have agreed for amount of compensation as specified in Annexure-II and Annexure-IV of the praecipe filed along with the first appeals. The praecipe along with Annexures is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Award stand modified in terms of quantum of amount mentioned in Annexure-II and Annexure-IV of the praecipe. 3.

The first appeals are disposed of accordingly. 4.

Refund of court fee, if any, as per rules.
