We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The present petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 - Education Oicer (Secondary) to decide the proposal which is at page 35, dated 26th October 2015, which was preceded by earlier proposal dated 28th September 2013 at page 30 of the paper book, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order. Deiciencies, if any, be communicated by the respondent No.3 to the management within 2 weeks from the communication of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by communication dated 30th September 2013 the management has cured all the deiciencies.
