Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the period for which licence was granted is already over. The relief prayed for in terms of prayer clause (b) pertains to that period. We, therefore, do not propose to entertain the present petition so far as prayer clause (b) is concerned. 28-WP-5332-2022.doc respondent No.3 - The Saswad Mali Sugar Factory Limited to deposit entire due amount alongwith interest as mentioned in Complaint dated 27th September, 2021 i.e Rs.42,47,18,816/-. Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that there is dispute as to whether the petitioners had at all supplied the sugarcane to respondent No.3 for which this amount is claimed.

In such view of the matter, it would be appropriate if respondent No.4 - The Regional Joint Director (Sugar) looks into the Complaint dated 27th September, 2021 which is at "Exhibit L" of this petition. Respondent No.4 to issue notice to the petitioners and respondent No.3 and after hearing them pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the Complaint within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.
Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submitted that similar nature of complaint was made by the petitioners and the same was already decided. All those materials can be placed by Mr. Shah before respondent No.4 at the time of hearing.
