We dispose of the Petition with a request to Respondent SONALI MILIND PATIL No.5, the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation, to decide the main Revision Application along with the Miscellaneous Application and Stay Application at his earliest convenience since this involves the eligibility of 63 members of the society. We appreciate that the current Assembly Session will continue until 25th March 2022 (as presently advised). We therefore request that these matters be disposed of, if possible, within three to four weeks thereafter. 2.

We however make it clear that the preparation of the voters list will necessarily have to be made subject to the outcome of the 10th March 2022

913-ASWP2521-2022.DOC proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation. That is only logical. If the Revision is dismissed, then the 63 members' inclusion in voters list is undisturbed. If the Revision succeeds (or perhaps even separately the Miscellaneous Application) then the names of the 63 members will need to be removed from the voters list. It is for this reason that we have made the voters list subject to the outcome of Revision proceedings.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
