The petition arises out of interim orders passed by the Courts below. However, this Court, on 28th February, 2024 passed a reasoned order holding that, this Court has not inclined to substitute its views in place of reasoned orders passed by the Courts below. However, the petition was adjourned to consider an expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Trial Court. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondents states that the evidence of the parties has been over; hence, the Trial Court shall decide the suit within 6 months from today.

It is made clear that the observations and the findings recorded by the Courts below in the impugned order shall not influence the Trial Court while deciding the suit on merits. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
