This is an Application for relaxation of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge vide Clause (4) of the Operative Order dated 31 January 2022 in Bail Application No.25/2022. By the said condition, the Applicants have been directed not to enter village Jadhavvadi, Taluka Malshiras, District Solapur for a period of one year.

The learned counsel for the Applicants has pointed out that the Applicants are residents of village Jadhavvadi where they have landed property and the daughter of Applicant No.3 is taking Mamta Kale page 1 of 2
10-appln-101-2022.doc education at Jadhavvadi. In support of the claim, the Applicants have produced the record of rights of the landed property as well as bonafide and character certificate of daughter of Applicant No.3 issued by the school authorities.

Considering this, the clause No.4 of the Operative Order is hereby relaxed, subject to the condition that the Applicants shall not enter the disputed land and shall not indulge into any similar offence, while on bail.

The Criminal Application is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
