By order dated 20th April 2019, the Registrar (Judicial-I) directed the petitioner to remove office objections within two weeks and also to supply copies of the petition failing which it was further provided that petition shall stand dismissed automatically. If compliance is made, it was directed to issue notice to respondent Nos.2 to 5. The petitioner could not comply with this order. Resultantly, writ petition stand dismissed as against respondent Nos.2 to 5. Present application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition as far as respondent Nos.2 to 5 are concerned.

In the light of above statement, we recall the order dated 20th April 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). We restore the petition to the file against respondent Nos.2 to 5. In the event, copies are not supplied as undertaken above, order dated 20th April 2018 will stand.
