The Petition arises out of challenge to the order dated 11 February 2022 passed by the Industrial Court, Satara in Interim Application filed in Complaint (ULP) No.02 of 2022.

Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the Petitioner has withdrawn Complaint (ULP) No.02 of 2022 in pursuance of the settlement executed with the employer. 3.
