By consent, following corrections are required to be carried out in the said order:

(i) In 6th line of paragraph 5, the words 'Respondent No.1' be substituted with 'Petitioner No.1'.

(ii) In 9th line of paragraph 5, the words 'Judicial Magistrate, First Class' be substituted with 'Civil Judge, Senior Division'.

By consent, at the end of paragraph 5 the following observations be added:

'It is agreed between the parties hereto that the petitioners shall reconvey the subject matter viz immovable agricultural land in favour of the respondent no.2 within period of one month from today i.e. 19th August 2023, at the cost and expenses of the respondent no.2.

The order dated 12th June 2023 be corrected accordingly. Praecipe stands disposed of.
