Mr. Anand Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Kedar Lad, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent state that both, the Petitioner and the Respondent i.e. husband and wife are staying together.

The challenge in this Petition is to the Order dated 13th January 2023 passed by learned Judge, Family Court at Kolhapur in Petition No.A-21/2022 by which maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- has been granted. 3.

As both Petitioner and Respondent are staying together, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition, at this stage with liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the impugned order, if need arises.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
