Considering the same we discharge Mr. Abhishek Karnik from the said case.

Since the court is inclined to fix the appeal for final hearing and since paper book is received, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application at this stage and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Since paper book in the said appeal is ready, matter to be listed on 4th September, 2023 at the end of the admission board under the caption for final hearing.
