After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the application. 2.
Prayer is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

However, considering the fact that the Applicant is arrested on 03/11/2016 and for almost three years trial has not commenced the learned Trial Judge is requested to expedite the trial. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Nesarikar
