In the meantime, the charge-sheet has been filed. 3) The bail granted to the respondents is sought to be cancelled on the ground that trial Court failed to take into consideration the 1/2

2-APPLN-137-22+.DOC seriousness of the offence and further antecedents of the respondentsaccused. 4) However, after going through the order dated 1st February, 2022 granting bail by the Additional District Judge, Sindhudurg, I am of the opinion that the order is well reasoned and the ultimate conclusion arrived at by the Court is just and proper. Moreover, as the charge-sheet has been filed after the said order and since there is no complaint against the applicant about misuse of liberty after he was released on bail, I do not find merit in the application. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
