This Application is moved for bail, however, the learned APP informs the Court that charge is framed in this matter and steps are taken under section 294.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that there is no evidence against the applicant/accused. All the reports are negative against him.

As the charge is framed and trial is commenced, the learned trial Judge shall endeavour to complete the trial by taking it day-to-day till 15th August, 2015. The copy of this order is to be sent to the learned Sessions Judge.
