The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 460 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

It is claimed that there is a cross­complaint and general attributions as regards use of iron rod are made. 3.

Both the legs of the victim are fractured by hard and blunt object. The role attributed to the Applicant is that of use of iron rod which corresponds to the injury suffered by the victim. The name of the
