Heard Mr. Raikar, the learned Counsel for he applicants/respondent and Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for the respondent/appellant.

This application is taken out seeking extension of time to furnish undertaking in terms of the order dated 14th January, 2020, for withdrawal of the amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited by respondent no.1 - insurer, from August - 2010 till the date of the said order.

The applicants have assigned reasons for not complying with the said condition within the stipulated period. Hence, to advance the cause of justice, time to furnish the undertaking in 1/2

38-IA2785-21INFA438-09.DOC terms of paragraph 4 of the order dated 14th January, 2020, stands extended by six weeks from today.

In addition, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the interest on the said amount in terms of the order dated 14th January, 2020, accrued thereon, from August - 2010 till 30th September, 2021.

Subject to aforesaid modification, the Tribunal shall release the amount of interest in terms of the order dated 14th January, 2020.

The application accordingly stands disposed of. 7.
