2025.01.07 11:43:04 +0530 TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO No. 85 of 1988. The Reference Court enhanced the compensation to Rs. 67,718/- against the amount of Rs. 15,463/- granted by the SLAO. 2.

Considering the meagre enhancement this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal.
