In crime No.639/2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, section 4/25 of the Arms Act, section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act and section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail. 3.

Apart from the fact that the applicant with a specific aggravated role is named in the F.I.R. and the statement of the

The investigation is at nascent stage. That being so, no case is made out for grant of pre­arrest bail. The application is rejected.
