Mr. Rajure for Respondent No.4 states that the petition was filed to extend the term of the liquidator, i.e., Respondent No.4. Mr. Rajure states the liquidation process is concluded and the liquidator has also submitted the report to the concerned party. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition.
