Learned counsel appearing in Writ Petition No.4470 of 2015 has pointed out inadvertent errors crept in the said judgment and order. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection if such inadvertent errors as pointed out in the praecipe are corrected in the judgment and order dated 2nd May, 2016. 2.

The following corrections are carried out :- a).

On page 4, 5th line the words "A/P Hatnur" are substituted with "A/P-Wadgaon".

b).

On page 5 add the name of "Shri. Suryakant Rajaram Patil, Age - Adult, Occupation - Not Known, R/o. - AP Hatnur, Tal - Tasgaon, District - Sangli" as respondent no.8. c).

On page 6, 7th line the words "Respondent No.1" are substituted with "Respondent No.3".
