Perused the praecipe dated 28.01.2025 for speaking to minutes of Judgment dated 09.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the Judgment dated 09.04.2025 in paragraph No. 5 in the column of calculations compensation awarded by the Tribunal is wrongly mentioned as "2,50,000/-", however the correct compensation awarded by the Tribunal is Rs.4,75,000/- and total enhanced amount comes to "Rs.2,93,000/-" instead of "Rs.5,18,000/-". As also in paragraph No.6(ii) 2nd line enhanced compensation of "Rs.,5,18,000/-" be replaced with "Rs.2,93,000/-".
