Mr. Koregave, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the DV Complaint No. 13 of 2016, which was pending before the JMFC, Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur, has been disposed of vide order dated 30.08.2024. The impugned order in the present Writ Petition is arising out of an interlocutory order passed during the pendency of the DV proceedings.

In view of the disposal of the DV Complaint, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
