The order impugned passed by the Commissioner in exercise of power under Section 252 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, against which the petitioner has remedy to file revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be excluded while considering the application for condonation of delay in filing the revision.

3.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the State Government, the writ petition stands disposed of.
