By this first appeal, the appellant State of Maharashtra is challenging the judgment and award dated 26.10.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, DistrictSolapur in LAR No.799 of 2002 holding that the respondentclaimant is entitled for additional compensation in respect of acquired land. 3.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the appellant has made out a case for following order.
ORDER
(i) Admit.

(iii) The appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (iv) Registry is directed to call for Record and Proceedings.
